A strong company culture is about having a clear vision, creating the right environment, and making your team feel valued. Focus on these three things the “Three Pillars”, and you’ll build a business where people thrive.

Here’s the first pillar:

Pillar 1: Get the Big Picture Right

Building a strong company culture starts by focusing on the big picture. This sets the tone and direction for everything your company stands for. Here’s how you do it:

1. Shared Vision

• A unique product can be copied, but a strong company culture is hard to replicate.
• A great culture leads to great teams, which in turn leads to great products.
• The founder's vision drives the company's culture. This vision shouldn’t be created through endless brainstorming sessions, but through a clear vision from the founder.
• Example: Steve Jobs at Apple reduced multiple product lines to just four main products, setting a clear direction. His simple approach was: “Deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do.”
• The founder creates the vision, and the leadership team helps communicate it.

2. Shared Values
